Workings from the weekend

invite-sneakpeeksneak-peek2A wine color and also deep brown on the new paper I tried out – Arturo. It has a nice rough edge (see below) which I like but it’s thinner (260gsm) so it was a bit harder to get that nice deep bite like Crane’s Lettra gives me.

Yulia Brodskaya, artist and illustrator, loves typography and paper and her brilliant designs encompass both. The detail of the paper structure with the rainbow of colors must be so labor intensive but I’m sure satisfying as well with these as end products:
